After getting her first agent in NY at 9, Stacey and her mom took a trip to the big apple for her first professional role as Annie. What was supposed to be a 3 month experience, turned into 10 years of work in theater, film and TV in NY including originating the role of Mary Lennox in the Broadway workshop of "The Secret Garden,” performing at The Public Theater & appearing in the features Born on the 4th of July and Welcome to the Dollhouse. And perhaps you saw her in the the series regular role of Callie Walker in the cult series Swan's Crossing, for which she has an action figure. If your lucky, you can find one for about 20 bucks on eBay.
Stacey took a break from the business to finish college, obtaining a Women’s Studies degree (nope, never used it), and then moved to LA where she has since worked regularly in TV, film, commercials and theater. Stacey has Recurred, Guest Starred and Co Starred on shows on CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, Nick, TNT and Lifetime where you'll often see her as the Type A PTA mom or the eager to please ER Nurse & Personal Assistant. Most recently she shot the indie film Spell with Jackie Tohn (Glow), ABC's Grey's Anatomy and CW's Jane the Virgin. Stacey also finds joy in creating her own projects; check out the just released political parody of We Didn't Start the Fire and keep an eye out for the release of Missed America, a web series she co-directed/produced/wrote about her experience competing in the Miss America system (yep, a feminist in beauty pageants, go figure?). When she's not acting, Stacey loves pole fitness (yes, that pole fitness), running her own personal training business, volunteering for organizations that help women and children and focus on gun violence prevention & singing, singing, signing!!! She loves being married to one of the greatest men alive and being mom to two little boys who keep her exhausted and exhilarated most every day.
